1.2 To place an order on our Website, you must be at least 18 years of age. As per applicable Indian law, we do not accept orders from individuals below 18 years of age. We also reserve the right to refuse or modify an order if incorrect personal details have been provided or if there is any prior history of non-payment.

1.3 While we do our best to keep all product information accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, incorrect pricing, outdated product descriptions, or temporary stock unavailability. If an incorrect price is listed for your order, we will reach out to you, inform you of the correct price, and only proceed once you confirm your acceptance.

8.1 You may return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed for the product cost. Return shipping charges are to be borne by you.

8.2 Exchanges are available only in the case of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

8.3 If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
